- Villa Blaise is a spacious house with a ground floor and 1st floor, with a total living area of 200 m2. It is located in the small Istrian village of Manjadvorci, in the southern part of the Istrian peninsula. 150 m from the first restaurant, and 300 m from the first market. The first beach is 6 km away so you will need a car. A 20-minute drive away from Pula, 40 minutes from Rovinj, and 16 km from Pula airport.
Just 900 m from the property there is a popular horse ranch Barba Tone, widely known in Istria as a favorite gathering place for fans of these noble animals. If you need some excitement, the famous "Glavani adrenalin park" is only 3.7 km away.
The hot tub and swimming pool are highlights of Villa Blaise.
The 50 m2 covered terrace features a barbecue and outdoor dining table.
All 4 bedrooms feature spacious double beds. One bedroom is on the ground floor, and 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a private bathroom.
The ground-floor bedroom has a direct exit to the terrace and pool, giving it a special charm and a relaxing atmosphere of comfort, especially on a sunny morning.
In addition to 4 bathrooms, there is also a small toilet on the ground floor hallway.
Within the ground floor, you have a well-equipped kitchen with a bar and 3 chairs, a dining space with a table, and a living room with a cozy corner set.
The kitchen features an electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.
Villa Blaise offers a 32 m2 swimming pool, 5 sun loungers, 2 sunshades, and an outdoor shower. Masonry stairs inside of the pool are a great feature for gradual entry into the water, adapted for children and non-swimmers.
The house is equipped with WiFi, SAT-TV, and a washing machine.
