Gorgeous home in Barban

  • This renovated old traditional Istrian stone house has been lovingly restored and furnished. There is a very beautiful, fully fenced and private garden with a private pool and an outdoor dining area for you to enjoy. The villa has two bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. Both bedrooms are located on the 1st floor and share a bathroom. One is a double bedroom and the other has 2 single beds. The accommodation is air-conditioned. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen to meet all your needs and a dining/living area with a sofa bed. The property is located in the village of Glavani, with a good restaurant, the possibility of horseback riding and an adrenaline park within walking distance. Villa Longo and its surroundings offer all the amenities for a wonderful vacation :)

    Note: This villa was previously rented with a larger capacity, but is now reduced for the rest of the season and will remain so for the coming seasonsGlavani is a small picturesque village in the municipality of Barban, in the center of Istria. Everything Istria has to offer can be found in the immediate vicinity: a restaurant, horseback riding and the Glavani adrenaline park are all within walking distance. The nearest town is Pula, famous for its beautiful amphitheater, but we recommend visiting other coastal towns such as Rovinj and Porec. Nearby is the National Park, famous for its zoo and golf course. Istria is especially known for its rich gastronomic offer, try traditional dishes such as fuzi with truffles, pljukanci and many other dishes. Go in search of truffles in the Motovun forests. Spend hot summer days on the pebble beaches not far from Villa Longo. We recommend visiting the beautiful islands of Cres and Losinj and taking a dolphin-watching trip. There is a store and a restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the villa.

Very nice! Starting from the guy (very kind and helpful person who only appear at arrival and departure, but was available in case of need) through the locality (quiet, clean) till the villa itself. Villa Longo is nicely renovated 150 years old building with lovely backyard and the main advantage: pool (water depth arround 150cm, so watch of smaller kids is a must). Ideal for 4-members family. Your kids will love it! Thank you! Love to come again :)

Niedliches Haus mit einem schönes Außenbereich. Der Pool ist toll (ca. 1,50m tief) und der Garten bietet viel Platz zum Liegen und für Ballspiele etc. Die Außenküche des Hauses ist sehr praktisch und bietet ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die zusätzliche außen gelegene Toilette ist sehr praktisch, da man nicht nass durch das ganze Haus laufen muss, wenn man aus dem Pool kommt, um die Toilette zu nutzen. Das Erdgeschoss des Häuschens ist spartanisch eingerichtet, aber das Nötigste ist vorhanden. Im ersten Stock ist es etwas schöner eingerichtet. Die zwei Schlafzimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Auch das Bad mit Waschbecken, WC und Dusche war völlig ausreichend, allerdings ist es schon etwas älter. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten einwandfrei. Insgesamt könnte in das Haus noch ein bisschen investiert werden. Schließlich ist der Preis pro Woche recht hoch angesetzt. Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist der Vermieter Emil, der uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir haben selten so einen sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter gehabt. Er hat uns bei Ankunft begrüßt und ausgiebig mit Informationen rund um die Region versorgt. Bei Rückfragen stand er jederzeit per Telefon oder Textmessage zur Verfügung.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt.. Einzige Problematik waren die Stechmücken aber auch die bekommt man in den Griff. Die Lage ist zwar nicht zentral, aber gerade das haben wir genossen. Es war ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen wieder.

Alles da, was man braucht.Riesengroßer Garten mit tollem Pool, Außenküche und großem Essbereich.Pula, Rovinj, Vodnjan, Rabac,....in der Nähe- und natürlich wunderschöne Buchten zum Baden.Der Vermieter ist extrem freundlich und hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants, Strände, Orte,....gegeben.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder in diese wunderschöne Gegend Istriens zurück.

Met 4 personen een heel fijne vakantie gehad. Het huisje is mooi en schoon, net zoals het zwembad. De locatie is perfect. Alles binnen 20 minuten rijden. Zeker een aanrader!
