Holiday Apartment “Genio” – Peaceful Retreat in the Picturesque Village of Škitača

A comfortable three-bedroom apartment awaits you in the tiny and picturesque village of Škitača, near Sajini. Surrounded by the lush greenery of inland Istria, this is a perfect place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

The spacious 120 m² apartment occupies the first floor of a family house, while the friendly owners live on the ground floor. Around 40 locals call this charming and cozy village home, creating a genuine and tranquil atmosphere.

The well-equipped apartment provides plenty of space and comfort, ideal for a larger family or a small group of friends. To make your stay even more enjoyable, a private garden with a barbecue and outdoor seating area is at your disposal. You can also take a refreshing dip in the removable above-ground swimming pool. The fenced garden ensures your privacy and safety, and there is private parking on the property.

Although Škitača offers peace and quiet, you can easily reach the lively summer streets, colorful restaurants, and open-air events of Pula in just a 15-minute drive. Super tolle Vermieterin, schöne Wohnung.

Die Vermieterin ist sehe bemüht! Sie hat immer unsere Grill sauber gemacht uns frisch gemachte Pfannkuchen oder Melone vorbei gebracht. Wirklich ganz toll. Auch wenn Sie weder Deutsch noch Englisch spricht war die Kommunikation Dank Googleübersetzer kein Problem. Der Garten war zwar nicht so schön grün wie auf den Fotos, aber wir sind auch im Hochsommer gefahren. Wenn wir nochmal nach Kroatien fahren würden wir wieder bei ihr buchen.
