"Alen at Villa Kanco was friendly and easy to work with. His property was beautiful and perfect for what we looked for. The rooms and home were clean ad the set up was excellent for our 8 guests. It was situated in a lovely part of Istria, Croatia which was convenient to the several places we visited. The amenities; hot tub, sauna, pool, pool table, table tennis and fuss ball equipment were in good condition and we spent many hours of our free time in friendly competition. For us, Villa Kanco was a hidden jewel for our family and many thought it would be hard to top in the future. We would gladly return. "

"Such a wonderful house overall. Lovely views from the terrace, especially in the evenings, big pool and good space inside. The hot tub is a glorious extra bonus.The kitchen is on the small side if you like to cook a lot, but the rest of this more than makes up for it. Great stay. Car essential."

"We had an unforgettable long weekend at this beautiful, modern villa with a pool. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The villa is even more stunning than the photos—spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of home.The owners welcomed us so warmly, greeting us with a delicious homemade cake, rakija, and wine. It was such a thoughtful and generous gesture that made us feel instantly at home.One of the highlights was the spacious, well-maintained lawn surrounding the villa. Our dog had the absolute best time running freely and exploring—it was such a joy to watch! We also made great use of the outdoor space by playing badminton and volleyball together, which added so much fun and energy to our stay.The pool area was perfect for both relaxing and cooling off in the afternoons, and the terrace was ideal for family meals and evening chats.Thank you to our wonderful hosts for creating such a peaceful and welcoming space.
