"Petite maison bien équipée à proximité de Saint Florent et du seul supermarché (Leclerc). La maison se trouve dans un complexe de vacances qui comprend également un court de tennis et une piscine très spacieuse dans un espace vert très bien entretenu. Le seul inconvénient est l'escalier menant à l'étage supérieur, qui ressemble plus à une échelle qu'à un escalier.
