Firstly the staff were very helpful and friendly, I don't fault them at all. The area is also really nice and parking is super convenient. Sadly the property itself is a bit of a let down, the rooms smelt musty upon entering, the bed was extremely uncomfortable as were the pillows, infact I ended up with a bad back and neck. The sheets were also very scratchy. And the cleaner left the door unlocked!! We were there only two nights and so I did not complain however I hope for future customers they can make some changes. Also they charged €8 for a bottle of water!!

Great hotel on beach
Room was nice. You have to pay extra for air con and sun beds on beach. Friendly check in they let us check in early and stored bags.

Lovely La Mandorla
From check in to check out, great, friendly service! Really fantastic location, excellent breakfast and comfortable room. We didn’t use the swimming facilities, but they looked brilliant.

Nice, clean and as promised.
La Mandorla is a good hotel. The staff is friendly, and we got the service we could expect. It was clean, and the breakfast is very good. The quadruple room was rather small, with a bunk-bed next to the double bed. The beds are hard. Ischia have very crowded beaches and it is one big tourist-attracton.
