"Extremely disappointing stay – Poor service and functional issues I am writing this review as I have never experienced such a lack of customer care in all my travels. During my 5-night stay, I had to move rooms twice due to persistent Wi-Fi connection issues. To make matters worse, I was charged an extra 10,000 KRW per day just to access a room where I could watch Netflix, which should have been a basic expectation given the circumstances. Despite these major inconveniences, the front desk staff never offered a single apology. It felt like the hotel invested heavily in "showy" furniture that looks good in photos but lacks any actual functionality or comfort. This was a stay with zero consideration for the guest’s experience. I would not recommend this place if you value service and reliability."

"I would say one of the best hotels in in Chan,. Next to a nice park that is both modern and clean. The whole area around the hotel is very safe and has aesthetic appearing buildings. There’s a Lotte Mart that is next-door. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend."

"I had a wonderful experience with the breakfast menu at the DoubleTree. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the fruit to the hot dishes, and you can really tell they put effort into quality. There were plenty of options to choose from, whether you want something light or a more filling meal. It made starting the day easy and enjoyable. I’m very pleased with the variety and freshness, and I would definitely look forward to having breakfast here again."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location and very safe. The room is spacious, well-equipped, modern, and spotless. The Bed is very comfortable. It is connected to a mall with several good food options and a Starbucks. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Outstanding. "

"Great hotel and friendly staff, but location is a drawback Staz Hotel Premier Dongtan is a great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The lobby-level convenience shop is a big plus and very handy during the stay. The rooms and overall facilities were comfortable and well maintained. The main downside is the location. It’s quite far from Seoul city, and while the accommodation is reasonably priced, the savings are quickly offset by Uber/taxi costs. Tours also don’t offer pick-up from the hotel or the Dongtan area, which makes sightseeing less convenient. Breakfast was okay, but there’s room for improvement—more fruit options and better-quality coffee would make a big difference. Overall, a good hotel if you need to stay in the Dongtan area, but not ideal if you plan to spend a lot of time in Seoul or rely on tours."

"My family and I really enjoyed the stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi to go to Seoul station and they helped with the arrangements. Overall we had a wonderful stay and there were a lot of restaurants in the area. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. "

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even helped me receive a food delivery at the hotel, which was a huge help. I was a little concerned it might be noisy since it’s close to the train station, but it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. The bed and bathroom were both spotless and well maintained. It’s also about a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, which was a big plus."

"교통이나 위치 모두 훌륭했고 직원분들 모두 친절하시고 최선을 다해 손님을 응대하시려 하는 점이 좋았습니다.각 층마다 무료 세탁시설이 있어서 편리했고 미국에서 가져온 랩탑이나 핸드폰을 110볼트용 콘센트가 없어서 충전을 못할까봐 걱정했는데 객실내에 유니버셜 콘센트가 있어서 이또한 편리하게 잘 사용했습니다. 한가지 아쉬웠던 점은 호텔의 1층에 커피를 마실 수 있는 카페가 있는 줄 알았는데 이장소가 단체 손님용 예약 목적으로만 사용 가능하다고 해서 매일 아침에 근처의 파리스 바게트까지 15분정도 걸어서 모닝커피를 해결해야 했던점이 조금 아쉽고 벽에 옷을 걸 수 있는 옷걸이가 없어서 불편했습니다. 다리미가 필요했을때 다리미가 없다고 하셔서 그점 또한 아쉬운 점이었습니다. 하지만 매일 2병의 생수를 제공해 주시고 무료로 주차를 제공해 주신 점은 정말 편리하고 좋았습니다."
