Our stay at this resort was truly amazing. The rooms were spotless, and every member of the staff was professional, courteous, and welcoming. From the front desk to housekeeping, bartenders, servers, and the entertainment team, everyone made us feel valued and appreciated throughout our stay.
A special thank you to Pablo, Waster, Omar, Marielys for their exceptional service and hospitality.
The restaurants were outstanding, the pools were clean and spacious, and there was always something to do. Whenever we needed assistance or recommendations, the staff went above and beyond to help.
We absolutely plan on returning. This resort felt like home, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

I cannot speak highly enough for this resort. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond and it almost seemed as if they couldn’t help us enough. One of the first statements made to us was “you are home.”
The resort is gorgeous and immaculate. Our room was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and fresh, every meal, every time. The pools and beach were clean with plenty of amenities. The staff was nothing short of stellar.
We will absolutely be returning to Cayo Levantado Resort in the future. Total perfection from start to finish.

Nice room with basic facilities, but to noisy. The neighborhood is noisy, the music is extremely loud! Thanks to wearing earplugs I was able to get some rest. Friendly staff. The owners are very attentive.
