- A brand-new, high-quality holiday apartment (130m², in a two-unit building) furnished to German standards, featuring a 10x3.5m seasonal saltwater pool and breathtaking 180-degree panoramic views from a 30m² terrace overlooking the town of Bar, the sea, and the mountains. The apartment is peacefully situated next to the property's own olive grove and supplied with spring water.
It offers three bedrooms (one double, two single), a very spacious living area with a sofa bed, a dining area with an adjoining (fully equipped) kitchen, a bathroom with a rain shower and toilet, and a generous hallway. Enjoy swimming in the saltwater pool and look forward to magical sunsets from your panoramic terrace each evening.
