Built-in 1884, this historic building is home to the popular 2 Cats Restaurant and the newly renovated Inn. Located in downtown Bar Harbor, the restaurant has been in operation for more than 25 years and is considered the best breakfast in town by locals and magazines alike. The Inn is a few minutes walk from everything Bar Harbor offers, including a free shuttle to Acadia National Park. Stay in this classic home and enjoy the free gourmet breakfast at the ever-lively 2 Cats!!

Please see the host at the front entrance to be seated. Free breakfast includes one coffee drink, one breakfast entree' and a side (Does not include special menu).

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit; a few minutes walk from the coast and a 4-minute drive to Acadia National Park. All the town's popular restaurants are also within walking distance.

Bar Harbour Stay
We loved an our stay. The location was excellent, able to walk the town easily, just short drives to Acadia park. Also, with breakfast included, was well worth it, as the quality and choices for breakfast were exceptional. Would definitely recommend/ stay again.

Comfortable Stay in Bar Harbor
Enjoyed staying at the 2 Cats Inn. The breakfast was very good. The weather was especially warm while we were there. The air conditioning in the room was perfect.

Delightful stay and centrally located
2 Cats Inn was the perfect choice for us. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Check-In was easy. Breakfasts are awesome. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Bar Harbor waterfront, restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed all the clever cat-themed decor. Highly recommended.

We loved it! So quaint and cozy! Very clean! We loved the breakfast every morning. The staff is so friendly and the food was great! It was out of the busy touristy area but a perfect walk to every where!! Would def recommend the stay here! We’ll be back!
