Charming single family home, located on a 2 1/2 secluded acres. The home has two bedrooms, upstairs and a full size bathroom. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a full size bathroom. All beds queen size. There is a desk in the office/den. The kitchen has new appliances and is well equipped with a separate dining room. There is a powder room in the hallway, near the kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace and access to the screened porch. There is a wood burning fireplace by the patio. The website requires a one dollar minimum on all fees.

All trash is to be bagged and placed in the black top bin, which is by the road.
