I don’t think you should say it includes breakfast when all that is available is a prepackaged donut , granola bar and apple. It had coffee and tea. No juices, milk available. It should not be advertised as breakfast.

Lovely property, especially for the price. It was clean, the staff was attentive, laundry facility was nice and it was walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurant. Went with my 15 year old and we had a good time! It was very safe!

Was a nice place to stay while in Bar Harbor. Not fancy but the price was right and the place was clean and beds were as comfi as 5 star hotels but with good sheets and not as plush. Nice breakfast and had ice and a microwave available 24/7. Would stay again

Do not stay there. Way over priced. I signed up on line through Expedia. Not Expedias fault, the pictures and info from Belle Isle is deceiving. It was about $150/night. When we got there to check in the total bill was about $550. Had to check off on sheet paper what you wanted for breakfast next day. You had to go to office next day to pick it up, then go to your room and prepare it. No table to eat on. Small suitcase on desk to be scooted over to find room to set food. Room extremely small but clean and comfortable bed. Sorry I didn’t take pictures!
