All the staff, from door staff, reception, breakfast buffet staff were excellent, always smiling, helpful and professional. In particular Ocha, who was one of the reception staff was particularly helpful with arranging transport and making reservations at places of interest. She was really lovely! Equally, Dedi, the driver who took us to and from the airport and who we hired for a day to drive us around was excellent. Dedi was very professional, safe and looked after us really well. He took things very seriously and must have eyes like a hawk as, whenever we exited a place of interest, even if it had a big car park he would be driving up to us within a few seconds! Highly recommended!"
