"Lovely 2BR cottage in a small village with a wonderful host. The cottage is spacious. The kitchen has an amazing assortment of small appliances including an air fryer and a pizza maker. The microwave doubles as a convection oven.Mimi met us when we arrived and showed us around. She is a wealth of information for things you can do in the area. "There was a communication issue between the hotel and Expedia, however I was offered a free upgrade to a better room. The staff were very accommodating to all my requests, the apartment was probably the best I've stayed in including a living room with kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom and rest room. There was also a balcony with table and seating. Complimentary water was provided. There was even a lazyboy recliner. We did buy some drinks from the bar, be aware that you had to take the drinks back to your room rather than drink them at the bar."

"Upon check in, it was apparent there was a language barrier, however through the help of Google translate I was able to easily get checked in. Staff were very warm and helpful in overcoming this obstacle. The room was large and clean, giving everyone their own bit of space. The room was not equipped with a toaster, a small added touch that would have been nice. The only other thing I found odd, which is maybe normal for France/Europe, is that there was no sink in the toilet room to wash your hands so you had to walk across the apartment to where the shower/sink was to do so. We rented the bicycles available on site and toured around the area, which was a nice added amenity. We did not partake in any spa activities, although it looked like those who did enjoyed their experience. I likely won't be back in the area, but if I were I would not hesitate to book another stay here. "
