We had a fantastic stay here. The staff, especially Julian, was so kind and welcoming. The view is absolutely beautiful. If you're going to Baños de la Encina, I highly recommend staying here.

This 16th-century hotel exudes charm and history. Julian was a wonderful host. I easily found free street parking, but it’s off season. Be warned, however, that older buildings come with quirks, such as hot water taking a while time to come on (then plenty hot and good pressure) and high steps. My companions and I loved it!

Fue una mala experiencia, llegamos a la propiedad y nadie nos abrió por temas que sufrió un apagón la ciudad yo y mi esposa llegamos tarde , con la certeza que teníamos un lugar seguro donde quedarnos y para nuestra sorpresa el hotel estaba cerrado estuvimos cerca de una hora tocando y nadie abrió , estábamos preocupados en medio de la noche sin saber qué hacer , por fortuna otro amigos se quedaron en otro hotel y nos hicieron favor de comunicarse y la persona que nos contestó nos dijo que ella estaba en Madrid y muy grosera que no nos podía ayudar , fue una mala experiencia que pudimos tener , lo menos que pedimos es la devolución

No conocía el hotel y me encantó. El único pequeño inconveniente es aparcar, ya que es un pueblo pequeño con calles estrechas, aunque no muy lejos hay una zona de parking. El pueblo es muy bonito y hay un pantano no muy lejos.

Estuvimos alojados en la habitación denominada Suite Laura, ubicada encima del restaurante, y el ruido que producen los motores de la/s cámara/s de frío hace IMPOSIBLE conciliar el sueño ya que es constante. *la insonorización de esa estancia es el punto negro.
