Devil's Advocate is a beautiful mountain home on Seven Devils between Boone and Banner Elk. Otter Falls Trail, a beautiful hike with views and a waterfall is about one mile away. The Seven Devils Town Park is also about one mile away and has basketball, tennis, pickleball, and a playground. Enjoy live music at Grandfather Winery, only six minutes down the road. Looking for outdoor adventures? Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines is less than three miles away and provides year-round activities for the whole family. A short fifteen-minute drive will take you to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort or Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster. Grandfather Mountain is twenty minutes away and is home to the Grandfather Mountain Nature Park and Mile-High Swinging Bridge.

Devil's Advocate is a spacious home with plenty of room for everyone in your party to spread out or gather together. The great room on the main level has high vaulted ceilings with natural light, providing an inviting space for your family to congregate. The comfortable power reclining sofas arranged around the wood-burning stone fireplace create a cozy atmosphere to enjoy a favorite show after a day on the slopes or hiking trails. The entertainment room on the lower level will delight guests of all ages, with shuffleboard and darts awaiting your next family game night. View the big game on the HDTV or make popcorn for a movie night. The dining room offers seating for six at the table and an additional three at the pass-through bar. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked. The back deck features outdoor seating and a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows. Relax in the hot tub while enjoying the cool mountain air.

This three-level home can comfortably accommodate twelve guests in four bedrooms and a bonus den on the top floor. The master bedroom on the main floor has a king bed, TV, and workspace. The ensuite has double vanities and a step-in shower. There is an additional bedroom on the main floor with a king bed, TV, and access to the Jack-Jill bathroom. The top floor provides a queen bedroom with a TV and a bonus den with a queen bed and TV lounging area. There is a full bathroom on the top floor. A fifth sleeping area on the bottom level has a queen bed, TV, and an ensuite.

Additional amenities include central heating and air conditioning, WiFi, and a washer and dryer. YouTube TV provides live cable for guests' enjoyment. Two dogs are welcome on your vacation with an additional pet fee. The house has a steep paved driveway. Guests can park one vehicle in the garage or two in the driveway. There is access to a level gravel parking area for additional parking. We highly recommend AWD or 4WD and tire chains for winter travelers.
