Bring your friends or family for a relaxing getaway. This is a home suitable for families, friends, small gatherings for making wonderful memories. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please use the list in the binder. ***keep the trash flag raised at all times***and ALL trash must be in bags.
Place all towels in bathtubs, do not remove bed linens.
If you used the washing machine, please leave the door slightly open.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please do not eat or drink in bedrooms. Please keep pets off of furniture. Unreported pets will receive $200 fine, taken from damage deposit.
Two car max-at wood curbs only-no exceptions may be made. You may park extra vehicles in town near town hall. Extra vehicles may be towed.
8 people max in our home at any time, including guests staying in nearby homes. Only guests on your reservation may enter our property.
