ISSUES LIST: NO FIRE PIT (WAS ADVERTISED), NO FUNCTIONING WI-FI (WAS ADVERTISED), NO TV CABLE/STREAMING SERVICE, MAJOR KITCHEN SINK LEAK (WATER ALL OVER KITCHEN FLOOR), INCONSISTENT HOT WATER THROUGHOUT BATHROOMS, NO PRIOR MENTION OF DETERIORATED FINAL ACCESS ROAD CONDITIONS DURING PRE-TRIP MGMT CONVERSATION ON EXACT TOPIC - BARELY PASSABLE IN 2-WHEEL DRIVE SUV WITH DRY CONDITIONS

WE REQUESTED A FULL REFUND DUE TO ZERO MGMT COMMUNICATION/ASSISTANCE TO ADDRESS OUR ISSUES, WE RECEIVED A FINAL REFUND OFFER OF LESS THAN 30% OF OUR TOTAL RENTAL COST
THE FAILURE OF PROPERTY MGMT/OWNERSHIP TO OWN AND ADDRESS THE INADEQUACIES OF THE CABIN AND ESPECIALLY THE NONEXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE OUTREACH WERE TOTALLY SHOCKING AND UNACCEPTABLE, THEY NEVER PROVIDED ANY REASON FOR THE LACK OF ASSISTANCE
