"Not the smartest hotel in the world but it makes up for this by the friendliness of the welcome with good sized clean and comfortable rooms that have an individuality not found in modern hotels.
The barroom downstairs has a good selection of drinks and there are bar billiards tables.
Just be aware there is no lift so stairs to rooms must be managed.
After a good nights sleep breakfast awaits exactly as you ordered it"

"Booked specifically because the advert said free on-site parking. It did not meaning an uphill walk from the car causing problems for my husband who because of lung cancer has breathing and mobility problems.
The cottage itself was excellent "
