The toilet floor tiles can be slippery when wet. I slid twice and luckily didn't get hurt. The breakfast buffet is worth it for 250 THB, you'll be so full that you can skip lunch or dinner. Location excellent for walking to Jim Thompson museum along the canal. Bangkok Arts and Cultural Centre ( BACC ) also easy walking distance or catch the skytrain which is close by - this was our daughters favourite spot! Pratunam markets are an easy 15 minutes walk. Plenty of dining options. Too many stairs and steps, not good for elderly people.
No lighting installed at the stair to 2nd floor.
No snack provided with alcohol beverages at the restaurant/bar.
Some of the plastic floor tiles around swimming pool were damaged and could easily cause an injury.
No shaver provided."

"Fee accommodation is really well laid out in the staff is super friendly and helpful. There was a workshop in the lobby where we learned to make Thai desserts the first day. The pool is wonderful and long enough to do laps.
The location is good if you want to be near the central mall, which had great dining options, however it’s about a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride to the island where most of the ruins are. It was quieter, but then you had to take a taxi or grab to the ruins. So it depends on...

"This is my second stay here and I love it. Great staff, breakfast buffet, and room. The bathroom is great with great water pressure and temperature control. Plenty of hot water. They also have organic body wash, shampoo, etc. Many shops, medical clinics, restaurants, etc. close by. Just a ten minute walk for the main shopping/nightlife area. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Ayutthaya."
