Very beautiful place to stay and eat . The rooms were large and the restrooms were amazing roomy.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Westmount Inn- it was spotless, comfortable and quiet. the health snacks were a nice bonus. will stay again!

Unfortunately a mix up with the room furniture meant our room for 5 adults and 2 children didn't have a pull out sofa bed meaning the first night despite paying for that 3rd adult we only had a room for 2 adults and 2 kids. As the 3rd adult decided not to join us for the 1st night it was fine but as they were fully booked it could quite easily not have been. On the 2nd day we were advised to reach out to the day shift front desk to sort out the issue which we duely did. The plan was for us to pack up the room to be moved but as they didn't know where to, we left our luggage in the room to be moved whilst we were out for the day. On arrival back we were told our 3rd adult would be given a room to herself as no other options. We were in the same room. Great! Problem solved! However... No one had told the housekeeping staff as on arrival back in the room it was as we left it, bedding stripped, wet towels awaiting collection on the bathroom floor and glasses/mugs used still dirty. I contacted front desk and we received fresh bedding and towels but as housekeeping gone for the day, we were making the beds up ourselves. No problem but I'd rather not do this on my holiday 😢. No offer of help from staff. Despite all this, most of the staff were lovely and the rooms were great. A suggestion is to add a mirror above the desk instead of art so I could sit whilst drying my hair and putting on my makeup. Pool was good. Nice hotel and loved the stampede decor getting us in the mood!

Amazing experience very polite staff, great food, wonderful restaurant, large rooms very clean and spacious. I give this place a 10 out of 10..
