Sharing Sunsets and Tides - bliss!

Directly on the sea shore, in the Seatown area of Gardenstown village, which is a quiet and peaceful conservation area location, away from day to day life, surrounded by the natural beauty of nature, and facing directly out over the Moray Firth, this luxury cottage is ideal for a special or romantic break or just for a great family holiday. Stunning walks from the front door along the beach, cliffs, harbour or to neighbouring villages. Dolphin spotting can be done without getting up from the sofa.

Ideal location for touring this beautiful corner of Scotland whether it be the Castle trail; the Whisky trail, or day trips to the many small villages along this coast.

Stunning picture window looks directly out to sea in the conservation listed area of Seatown in Gardenstown, which was listed 11th in the 2016 Rough Guide out of "Britain's best Seaside Towns" and 2nd in Scotland. Nothing to do but relax and enjoy the natural beauty and wildlife of this unique corner of North East Scotland.

The cottage sleeps four with the main bedroom having a king size bed and the second bedroom with two single beds.
Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, with a bespoke spiral staircase to upstairs, and one large modern bathroom.

The property features; wood burning stove; underfloor and full central heating; dishwasher; built in docking station with roof integrated quality sound; wall mounted flat screen smart TV; Netflix; unlimited WiFi; Nespresso capsule coffee machine; washing machine; "Noble Isle" toiletries: quality cotton bedding etc. In short, all that you need for a luxurious break - "Away from it all!"

Gardenstown was formed in the 1700's and was originally a fishing village. Some commercial fishermen still use the harbour, although the harbour now has mainly pleasure boats in the summer.

The village has a local pub; coffee shop; local "small shoppee" as well as a small "spar.

There are no car parking charges or time restrictions in Gardenstown.

Sorry, but we don't allow pets.

Heavenly spot for a peaceful break
The property is in the most perfect location with a view that cannot be beaten. It was spotless, beautifully decorated and with everything we needed for our week stay. The host was available when we contacted him and patiently helped us to figure out how to work the cooker! Thank you for that Brian 😀 I am reluctant to say how beautiful Gardenstown is because I want to keep it to myself. The people, the beach, the sunsets are amazing. We will definitely go back and would love to go back to the same cottage. Thank you
