Need improvement in room cleanliness
The room is quite large, but the cleanliness need to improve. The car park is not quite wide, be more carefull to park your car here. The staff is friendly and professional. The wall not thick enough, you can easily heard your surroundings.

pengalaman di hotel voi westhoff
Kamar dan pelayanannya bagus hanya kebersihan dan maintanancenya kurang. Shower bocor dan air tmpt shower gak tuntas.

- towel dan toileters diantar 17.00
- battery remote tv tdk ada 1 pcs
- kondisi sprei dan selimut kotor.
