Good place to stay easy walk to downtown. Negative, the breakfast was minimal. Small container of yogurt, small piece of bread, small orange juice and coffee. Plenty of sugar, limited nutrition. It was not a good way to start the day.

We are glad you had a good stay. We do have several more options on the break fast menu. Hard boiled eggs, gluten free oatmeals, fruit and bagels with cream cheese, or butter, peanut butter and jelly.

Room was very comfortable and well appointed. I Had a great view of the harbor and the lighthouse. Harbor dining was a short walk from the property. Gift shop and wine / beer available on the property. Great stay!

WE are sorry that you had that experience. That is very concerning. We are very customer service oriented.We do have a new hire that just started training, so I am hoping maybe they were concentrating or maybe new hire jitters, but our staff is usually very friendly to all of our guests.We apologize for your experience and hope you give us another try!

I booked through Expedia and purchased trip interruption insurance. I had to cancel one night and the motel charge me $420 for one night stay plus they charged for a pet fee when I wasn’t there

Need my whole two nights that were paid for reimbursed!! I litercancelled the day after the drop dead date for cancel due to a family emergency and family emergencies don’t happen on time!!!! Purchased trip insurance and they won’t pay out either DONE with Expedia!!!! And all my senior friends who travel won’t be using either!

This was a beautiful place with a nice view. However, the highlight was when we got about 15 minutes away after checking out my husband realized he did not have his hearing aids. We called and they immediately went and checked. The girl that called us back to tell us they found it sounded as excited as we were!!! They you girls so much!!!

We are glad you had a great stay. Please ask for the top floor west building, and there is very easy access to your room. Or if you are on a pet friendly floor, that is also ground level.

Very nice property spread out a bit. The rooms are very clean and up to date. The staff was great and very friendly. So cool they give your dog a treat bag. Only thing I did not like was breakfast. You have to submit your order the night before for my even hot food. Feel a nice place like this should have a better breakfast.

5 Star all the way. Spotlessly clean! Staff wonderful! Comfy bed! High quality linens. Good bag breakfast of your choice. Easy parking. Yummy cookies in lobby too. We had a great view of Bay. Highly recommend!

Decently updated room and good location for exploring old Bandon on foot. Biggest dislike was no a/c and a patio door that wouldn't open due to a disgusting build-up of rusty muck in the lower track. A little cleaning and adjustment of the patio sliding door is all that is needed to add a star to the rating. Oh, a screen on the patio door would also be great once the door is fixed.

Brian, we are glad that you enjoyed our rooms and proximity to Old Town. We are so sorry that your sliding glass door was stuck, and made your stay less than stellar. We have a contractor working their way through replacing the sliders. The wind and salt air make for metal scaping on metal and the stuff builds up quickly, our maintenance team is diligently addressing these issues.

The evening check in person was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. They let you choose your breakfast options upon check in and hand you the bag the next morning as you check out. I disliked the half-size pillows but the bed was comfy. We had a ADA room so it was a little odd as there was no bathroom counter to set your personal bathroom effects and no hooks to hang your towel or clothing in bathroom.

Laura, We understand your view on the pillows, if you untuck the pillow case they fluff out to full size. We do offer different pillows upon request. We are working on the bathroom to keep them in line with ADA needs. We appreciate your feedback.

The hotel overlooks pld town and the bay. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Fish tacis were awesome, would come back to Bandon to enjoy those again.
