"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fair Oaks Ranch. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We were able to invite my sister and her husband over for a lunch and used the outdoor kitchen to cook fajitas. It was so nice and peaceful there. Room and bed were comfortable. Fridge was bigger than the small ones in a hotel. Definitely would stay there again."

"Upon check-in, we were not provided with the necessary information to access the rental property. The key code was not provided until two hours after our scheduled check-in time. During our stay, we were compelled to request several essential amenities from the owners, as they had not been adequately prepared in the house prior to our arrival. Most concerningly, upon check-out, we received an unreasonable list of alleged "damages" claimed to have been left by our party. These "damages"...

"I was going to rate this place a 3 overall until the manager said he is going to keep my deposit over some spots on towels, grass on the tiles, crumbs on the counter, and a spill in the fridge that one paper towel would have fixed. He said THAT and the washing of ALL the bedsheets forced him to hire a 2nd cleaning person. He also tried to accuse me of having unaccounted for guests because "all of the beds had been slept on" (there were 6 of us and 6 beds, only 4 beds were actually used - but...

"This Casita was perfect for our visit to San Antoino. Great location close to any shopping restaurants and site seeing. The hot tub was a pulse with two kids 7 and 11. They enjoyed the evenings in the water. Host was easy to commutate with. Will definitely visit again. ENJOY !!!"

"Great location. Walking distance to town and river front city park. Just enough amenities to get by. Cabin was clean and comfortable. No door between the bedroom and living area was a bit inconvenient. I get up early, she sleeps later. Other than that we would definitely return again."

"The place was great, but a little bit noisy from traffic on the highway nearby. The host was responsive to our requests. The only big issue was the very skinny spiral stairs leading to the bedrooms. Fine for those under age 30, but maybe not so easy for us. We're all old and over 65. We're all in very good shape, so it didn't make much difference, but it might for some."
