Beautiful new hotel a short drive from Fukushima Station. Great breakfast options. Other than the bed being very hard we had a great stay.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly team of staff happy to assist with our check in (in English). Facilities were clean, well maintained and convenient. Well located and serviced. Happy to recommended and will stay again if visiting. Thanks

Fantastic experience.

Staff were very helpful, picking us up at Fukushima Train Station then talking us through the information on the hotel's facilities. We really relaxed while we we here and had our best onsen experience in Japan. So many baths to choose from! The scenery, facilities and perfect temperatures made us want to try them all.

We stayed here for two nights and had a comfortable and convenient experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff were kind and accommodating. Although we didn’t have the free breakfast, there were plenty of great options available that would suit a wide range of tastes. The staff had a good understanding of basic English, which made communication smooth. The location was excellent—just a short walk from the train station and close to a variety of food venues.
