Everything was great!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and you'll notice as soon you enter the lobby. There were multiple pools and amenities to relax around. The breakfast buffet had an abundance of options and I like how the options rotate daily. We took a day in Phuket just to enjoy the hotels and shops nearby. The gym and the free workout classes were both great pluses.

Clean, staff were amazing and attentive. Free minibar. The hotel was very big and had a nice infinity pool and a pool by the spa as well. Housekeeping were very good as were the lobby staff.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Just beautiful. Aside from the great food, the great pool and the great room. The staff are what really make this place incredible. Jane at the front desk was incredible. She could help you find anything. And always with a smile. Parn at the pool was fun and friendly. As was Pond. And Prang And I wish I could remember everyone else else's names. I would give this place seven stars if that was an option. In the middle of chaos this place is absolutely a sanctuary. Patong Beach is a very busy place. But just stepping back into Nap Patong was a peaceful and awesome experience every time. We only stayed 10 days but next time I would stay at a few weeks. We were greeted with warm smiles and a beautifully decorated room for our 30th Anniversary. The room was very clean (although the bed could have been a layer softer / I’m sure if we mentioned this they would have accommodated). Our favorite staff was the pool bartender “Arm” and also Kaheow (main greeter at breakfast) always happy, positive and went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed! The massages were AMAZING with Vi!!!!!!! Location was perfect! Quiet even though action surrounded us!
