I stayed for 4 nights with my mum and my brother, in May 2026, room was very clean and big enough for three of us. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, a lots of varieties and new menu each day.
Air-conditioning is “BIG NO “for us, set up in 25 & 26 Degrees and cannot reset for any lower, very disappointed. I have previously visits a few times to Bangkok, never had an experience with Air Conditioning issue, I’ve been complained to them about three or four times to this issue and they told me some “ice frozen issue” in their machine and will be good in an hour but never solved the problem.
Over all for my experience I will not go back to this hotel, ONLY because an air conditioning problem.

Honestly...brilliant hotel and brilliant staff...really friendly, clean and in a good location. Close enough to night life but also far enough away that it can't be heard...the room was very clean with a beautiful lake view and views of the city...the only thing was it is down a long alley which is around a 5 minute walk to to the hotel. However the hotel runs a shuttle all day till 11pm to and from the hotel to the road. All in all really one of the best places I have ever stayed
