Ban Rai Holidays from AU$1,234

This amazing resort is a great escape from the annoying crowds in the middle of Hua Hin. The jacuzzi king room is exactly as advertised spacious and luxurious with an actual jacuzzi. Cons If you’re looking for a hotel closer to the town center, this might not be the best choice. Jacuzzi in the king room doesn’t get hot. Pros •The hotel is located away from the city of Hua Hin. •The hotel’s parking lot is easily accessible from the rooms, taking less than 5 minutes to reach. •The rooms are clean and come with snacks. •The staff is professional and always smiling.

A wonderful ambience and staff so helpful and welcoming! Food excellent too!

Really liked the condition of the hotel, been open a few years and all was looking good, the staff were really helpful and friendly. Had a family do with several rooms, a nice selection of restaurants within a 3-15 min walk from hotel. Pool really nice size and not too busy.

Old, tired, many spiders in couch. Soap bar small enough to fit in a coin operated vending machine. My companion asked the manager at the front desk if she could fill her plastic drinking cup with ice. He said “you’ll have to pay for it.” Shower water heater only has two settings: scalding hot or ice cold. Breakfast buffet is so so. All that being said, some of the staff was fantastic: parking security guard, a housekeeper and one of two front desk clerks. Very kind, friendly, and service oriented. Also, with 38 floors towering over Jomtien beach, the view is stunning! We later went to Healthlands - a super upscale resort just a few kilos up the road. The quality of service, food, cleanliness, and staff service is reminiscent of the best hotels you’ll find in Europe.
