Hotel and staff were great. The road is noisy and there is a Muslim call to prayer that is amplified several times a day. They rent scooters onsite and the beach is a few minute scooter ride away.

Everything was great. The owner is amazing. Attentive and really cares. It was close (walking distance) to all of Ao Nang fun! Yet just far enough away for some peace and quiet. After hotel hopping all through Thailand it was nice to get more space, living room area and a comfortable bed!!
