The room was extremely damp/wet with no ventilation. Very loud next to the road. Do not know how this is a 4 star hotel. We booked 3 nights and left after the first. The room was very very basic.

From arrival my experience at this resort has been superb. You are warmly greeted in Reception on arrival and each day when in contact with them. They are very helpful advising on excursions and where to go. I did the Thai cooking three-course meal which was a great experience. Would highly recommend for guest to take part in this.The staff at this hotel are amazing and genuinely friendly, you are made to feel special in every way.The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Very spacious. The food and choice of drinks are excellent. Overall I cannot fault this hotel as it is exceptional and great value for money. My seaview room with balcony was spacious with lovely bathroom I wished I had booked for longer but will be returning
