The staff and the management at this hotel were exceptionally helpful. I need to scan and submit some travel documents which they helped me within 1 hour and also free of charge.
The hotel rooms were immaculately clean and the location was perfect near to many shops and restaurants.

Pleasant hotel. Nice staff. But facilities looking a bit tired. Potentially lovely pool but stupid design that would fail health and safety regulations in Europe. Lots of very sharp stone around edges. No easy disabled access to the pool and if you slipped getting in or out you could really damage ...
