"The proterty is OK. Not good. Not bad. Given the low price, I can't say much. The room was clean. The location is so-so. (But, to be fair, there isn't a "central" location in NST. So the hotel is as good as any.) As other reviewers have mentioned, the "breakfast" is cheap bread that you can toast. ..."

"There is no tissue paper in the room including in the toilet. There is no glass for drinking water. A bit trouble with air condition. The owner willing to help but cannot slove the problem. So i have to sleep with the condition. I found crocoroched in the toilet and room."
