Unfortunately there was a very bad sewer smell in the room and bathroom when we arrived. After opening up all the windows and turning the bathroom fan on it subsided but it was less than ideal. The room and bed was otherwise fine. Ok for a one night crash pad. The employees and dog are lovely.

The property is very confusing. Several hotels and rental apartments under the same address. No front desk for help. Several managers for all th rentals. Security Guards are a joke. Good for nothing. No help. Property is well located but very busy and noisy. Quality of bed and linens very poor. In my particular case I canceled the remaining nights and still waiting for refund. Couldn't sleep. Mattress to hard and dirty pillows. Managers tried to help but just the same but stuff.

The hotel is about 300 ft away from the Tran Hung Dao street, so the advantage is it's less noisy, but guests taking tour buses need to walk about 300 ft to get to the hotel. The hotel is well maintained, the breakfast room is spacious enough and clean, as well as the room. Mine is on the 6th floor with a great ocean view and a balcony. The staff was excellent, helpful, and welcoming. The only negative point is the noise from other guests on the same floor. Kids and even adults at times,, screamed, not sure whether it was the frequent heated debates or just being rude. Also, on the 7th floor, there may be a pool or something and each morning, it flushed, and it was so loud for a couple of hours. If not for the noise, it would have been a great stay. I did enjoy my stay, though.
