This is a very friendly and helpful local hotel. The room is clean and you have everything you need. The location is good, you can walk everywhere you need to go in the Old Quarter and beyond. Breakfast is located at another hotel just down the street. If you want a local experience and not the corporate western hotels then choose the Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel!

The staff at the hotel was great, very friendly and helpful.
They have organized all my excursions and provided detailed itineraries, which is super helpful when you don’t know exactly what places to visit or just want the freedom to have everything organized for you.

A very special place.Exceeded expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. Getting there is a pain but once there magical. Left to spend more time in SaPa. Should have done the reverse. The weekday restaurant hostess was a special person. Competant engaging fluentand delightful.

スタッフは英語を使わないためコミュニケーションにGoogle翻訳が必須ですが、宿泊者の希望に応えようという姿勢が常にどのスタッフからも感じられました。部屋は様々なタイプがありますが、今回宿泊して部屋はドアを開けると直ぐにバスタブがあり、シャワーは全然違う場所にあるという不思議な構造で使いにくいと感じました。洗面台のライトも最新のタッチセンサー式でしたが壊れていて点灯しませんでした。プール、露天風呂は清潔でリゾートホテルとして魅力的だと感じました。クレジットカードを利用できないので注意が必要です。
