at first i had a singke room with a en suit bathroom,but it was only a little extra to get a whole suite with a kitchen and bathroom,and a tv space.tge staff are very giod here and tge ckeaning lady was allso exelent.mybonly complaint is tgere is 1 l

The location f the hotel is excellent; 6 minutes walk to Terminal 21, blue line subway station and Skytrain/ The room that we were assigned was quite a bit smaller than we anticipated...silver king room 29sq meters.

Honestly...brilliant hotel and brilliant staff...really friendly, clean and in a good location. Close enough to night life but also far enough away that it can't be heard...the room was very clean with a beautiful lake view and views of the city...the only thing was it is down a long alley which is around a 5 minute walk to to the hotel. However the hotel runs a shuttle all day till 11pm to and from the hotel to the road. All in all really one of the best places I have ever stayed

The service was great! The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The lobby toilets are fancy! Pool was a bit small, it can be crowded at times. I would certainly recommend staying at this hotel. It’s a good location, close to the pier to take a ferry to cross the river and the rail station too. Very close to Iconsiam, just one ferry stop away. And the room was larger than most other hotels. The breakfast spread was good with a variety of dishes. The ginger drink and the rice porridge were my favorite! The waffles could be softer, but that didn’t stop my children from eating them! Only downside in our room was the bathroom door leaks water onto the floor while taking a shower. Overall, many pluses including the central bangrak mall that is at the lobby of the hotel. And the games room kept my kids entertained without any screens! I would suggest that the hotel place a couple of bean bags or chairs in there for parents waiting with younger children whom they can’t leave unsupervised.

I stayed here for a few days. It was the second place I stayed in Bangkok. No complaints at all. The staff were great, the room was relatively large and clean, the location was great, and everything was nice. I didn't make use of the pool or gym, so I cannot comment on that. But everything I did use was great.
