"We would have appreciated some kind of communication before we arrived on how to get access to a key. The internet was weak but worked well in the kitchen. The laundry could have used some instructions on where and how to use. We were an easy walk to bus stops and a grocery store. Apartment was clean, quiet and spacious. "

"The access code to get in the building was not shared by the property and the process for self check in was not shared. We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in. Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided. The room was quite nice and spacious. It also had a good kitchen."

"We (2 adults) stayed in an apartment style room for 5 nights. It had a kitchen and dining /sitting area and separate bedroom and bath. It also had a balcony. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, silverware and some cooking utensils. During the day there were a lot of neighborhood sounds but it was quiet in the evenings. The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, train station and sites. There's also a taxi cab stand in front of the hotel. This is very convenient because getting an Uber was impossible in Bamberg - few drivers, lots of wait time and we never did connect with one. The staff were very polite and helpful. I definitely recommend getting an apartment at this hotel-it was a nice treat. "
