Check in was smooth and easy. We were able to check-in online and simply picked up our room keys at the service desk. Staff was very friendly and kind. Hyatt Place Baltimore Inner Harbor
The room was clean, but sofa cushions had some pretty good stains. The bathroom sink bowl was cracked, but functioned. Wasn't the best hotel breakfast, but I have had worse. Only chose to eat there once. Staff was friendly and the location is good.
