Home and location were a perfect fit for our family of 12. There are 4 bedrooms, the 5th does not have an actual bed and is in the basement. The basement has a full restroom, sleeper couch, and tv so the teenagers absolutely loved that space. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We did not feel crowded, there are plenty of restrooms, and enough seating for all. Kitchen is equipped with all necessities to cook full family meals. The toaster oven was a hit!! It was perfect for everything from simple breakfast toast to reaheating leftovers. Easy access to shopping, dining, and freeways. Great location for city and countryside attractions/visits. We had a fabulous experience and will be using this home for future stays!

Beautiful house, a bit unusual floor plan but it met our needs. We definitely enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of being on our feet!My one negative note is that the Bedroom 5 “queen sofa bed” is not, it is not queen size and it is not a bed. A sectional couch with floors that the sections slide easily on, does not make for a good sleeping place. If you have 8, or less, adults that are willing to share beds, this is a great house!

Kriss' home was good and met my coaches and my needs relatively well and Kriss' communication was fantastic. However, the listing stated 5 "bedrooms" and 5 queen beds. The downstairs room is not a "bedroom" nor did it have a queen bed - it is a sectional of multiple 3'x3' "ottoman type squares. The family room has a GIGANTIC TV, which is nice, but there is only seating for 3 people on a very small couch. There are two "parlour type" chairs that are good for very short-term seating (like at a funeral viewing) but not for relaxing, hanging out or watching TV. The bedrooms have zero dressers to store clothes or even set items like backpacks, travel bags or the like. There were very limited number of towels provided and no extra towels or bedsheets. Also, BE ADVISED- if you are there overnight Thursday into Friday, the trash removal company (inexplicably) picks-up at 3:00 AM!! ...complete with full crach, dump & reverse alarms at full volume!. Then the neighbors' rooster starts in at 5-6am. In all, the home worked out, it was clean, kitchen is useful and stocked full with dishes, untensils and appliances (though the kuerig machine does not work). Overall, I rank the home a 3.75 start and 7.5 out of 10.
