It was very nice to get early check-in on Saturday. We loved the room. Very spacious and clean with an extra window since we had an end room. We just thought it was odd to not be able to get late check-out for Sunday when we checked in. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay! We agreed we will look for more Holiday Inn Express hotels in the future.

The front desk lady was completely AMAZING! Hotel was super clean. And for $5 the breakfast was really good!

We’ve stayed here year after year for surgery my wife has done. It’s usually a great and comfortable stay. This time beds were horrible. Staff was kind enough to move us but same thing. Like the springs were broken on the beds. Apparently the wheel chair we used to borrow was stolen and the $100 chair hasn’t been replaced for future use. A simple pen is no longer available in the room. Can’t say it was the worst but in 1 year this property has gone way down. We really like this place. We hope it comes back around to the place we’re used to visiting.

Good get away ! Close to active part of town
The hotel was nice on the inside and the lobby. A little market open 24/7. Ice on 3 floors. Free parking and a small size outdoor pool. Once you go up it's dusty. The hall way give warning. But the rooms are nice. If they were dusted. Not the table or TV but they forget the AC and then vent in the bathroom as well as the cabinet. The issue with the first room was a hold in the wall that I didn't want to be charged for so we swapped and the second one was nice still dusty and in the same spots so I wasn't bugging. The obviously do swift jobs and clean the obvious areas people check. Either easily EVERY room has a microwave fridge coffee maker and they use big bottles of dove soap, lotion, and shampoo. But the most important and the best thing have 100% is the best and pillows! Best bed ever. Like I didn't even get to use the tv. The bed takes you once you lay down.

Perfectly adequate
Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small but clean. First morning there was plenty of hot water, second morning there was no hot water (we got up later on that day). Breakfast buffet was very strange. The $5 per person charge gives you less than what many other hotels offer for free, and the gentleman taking tickets was overly aggressive about it. If they just included it in the room rate, I think everyone would be happier about it.

This is a disgusting Holiday Inn. Noisy, underage partying all night long. Possible prostitution. Nest of bugs in the corner of the ceiling and nasty sticky floors. Staff was the rudest and most unhelpful I have ever seen. I reserved 2 days and left after the first and on Thanksgiving!. No refund (even though staff said I would not be charged), no apology, nothing! Save yourself and go to the nearby Hampton Inn.

Clock didn't work Blinds wouldn't go down, you could see inside the room from the outside The sink backed up while washing our hands and brushing out teeth. Drain was clogged I'm assuming. We reported everything to the front desk.
