Property Needs Help!
Kitchen needs updating
Lack of Kitchen and cooking utensils
Family room floor need attention (uneven and warped)
Advertised as having 3 tvs (only had 2)
Stairway rail to 3rd floor taped together
Both bathroom towel racks broken
Iron and ironing board would have been a luxury
Outdoor trash bins overflowing
Hot water not sufficient for morning showers
Property not representative of VRBO standards
Lady’s underwear found under bed in lower bdrm

Not recommend
Property was not clean. Layer of dust on vents. Deberé in fridge. Dust and crumbs on floor and counter tops. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Bathrooms dingy. Half a role of toilet paper with no additional stock. Scuffs and paint discoloration on walls. One pot one pan one knife. Two sets of utensils. No coffee maker. TV with no cable or local antenna.
