Thank you for your feedback. There are refrigerators in every room, inside the credenza. I am sorry you were not informed. Also, we have microwaves upon request.

With security reappearing in Harbor East, safety is great. The area of Harbor East sets the standard.

We had a disability room, a plus. However, anyone with a disability had better had brought their own chair, as the room chairs were abysmally hard and uncomfortable. I can't understand how these "upscale " hotels cannot provide 1 decent chair in the rooms.

Access to the elevator from the garage was tricky, garage elevator only took you to the main floor, had to join à second one to go to my room. Breakfast was very minimal for the cost.

Front desk was friendly and polite. Check in was smooth. Hotel area in the heart of shopping and about 5-6 min walk from great dining and fells point. A little bit of a hike to chg arena (28 Min).
