Follow the Checkout Procedure to Avoid Extra Cleaning Fee oCheck out time is 11:00 a.m. oPlease wash and dry most of the towels and start bed linens if time allows. you don’t have to fold them.
OBe sure to remove all trash. oLoad and turn on dishwasher. oTurn off all lights and fans. oClose and lock all doors and windows.
The cleaner will arive at 11 am to prepare the place for next guest. Airbnb $15 late fee will be charge for every 15 minutes without prior approval.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
