Enjoy a newly renovated First-floor rowhouse apartment w/ 1 bedroom & 1 bath, walking distance to Johns Hopkins. Nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen, back yard fenced-in, patio with hammock & grill, TV in the living room. Super convenient to all of those traveling with or without a car. Perfect for out-patients, patients' families, prospective/vising students, residents, traveling nurses, or anyone interested in spending some time in Baltimore!
Pets must be approved by owner ($300 fee).
This is a one bed, one bath first-floor rowhome apartment. The apartment has a queen bed in the bedroom as well as a pull out queen couch (with inflatable mattress) in the living room for extra guests. The home has a full kitchen that leads to a beautiful fenced-in backyard perfect for relaxing and grilling after a long day.
Guests have access to a washer/dryer located in a hallway closet.
Guests will enter through the front door and immediately find the door to the first floor apartment on their right. This is a row home with long term tenants on the second floor, the only shared space is the front door stairwell into the separate apartments.
