""Newly renovated"? Definitely. Clean? Spotless. Appliances appeared brand new as well. Temperature control was great as well. We didn't have to adjust for changes in temperature outside. My wife said that the bed in the bedroom that we used was the most comfortable bed she's ever slept on. (This was the bedroom that had its own bathroom.)
