"The location is excellent, the house design is good, beautiful, and almost new. But everything is poorly done. The floor is bulging, the doors don't close, the shower stalls leak, and the large dining table wobbles. Most importantly, the hot water doesn't flow constantly. You have to wait a long time for it, then it comes on briefly and then disappears again. We couldn't take a proper shower. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick."

"We stayed here twice as we traveled the Carratera Austral and found it to be a cozy little refuge. We enjoyed the blooming lilacs on the property in November. The artwork inside is a nice touch. The second time we stayed we were given a room upgrade and had a great view as well as the most ornate entry door we have ever seen! Nice breakfast."

"Once we gained access it was very nice inside. Well appointed for a unique accomodation. A cool place to stay. The big problem we had was a disconnect between reserving through Expedia and being told Vrbo would be our source for gaining access. It took a very long time to gain access based on the directions for access from the owner never making it to Vrbo. I spoke to Vrbo finally (took forever to get through) and they got it coordinated at the very last minute. We almost gave up and were ready tio find another place. Vrbo admitted this has been and ongoing problem between them and Expedia!"
