"My family absolutely loved staying here. The communal lounge and kitchen space made everyone feel relaxed and at home. I only wish that we stayed longer. "
"Lovely space very well finished and clean as a whistle .
I think we might have been the first in so very new property which offers five suites in the one building
The kitchen facilities include kettle, toaster and coffee machine so no opportunity to heat anything. I think a microwave would be great addition for those of us who love porridge for breakfast 😋
Some building work going on next door but this doesn’t affect internal space experience. "
"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cottage is modern and well equipped with stunning views of Rathlin Island. Perfect for our little family break. Hope to return again very soon. "
"Super location, however, property is quite dated and needs some attention. On entering the property there was a strong smell of drains and mustiness. The toilet and shower drains smelt throughout our stay, this did decrease with use of disinfectant etc but soon returned. On reading previous reviews I have since seen this was noted as a problem in 2024 so obviously does need addressing. There was also no laundry facility as advertised on website. The carpets were stained in places, air vents in...
"Excellent stay in a beautiful setting! The staff was outstanding and the room was excellent. I walked to the Dark Hedges since I’m a GOT fan - great experience in every way!"

"Our stay at the Salthouse was the highlight of our tour of N Ireland. The setting with the most amazing views, the standard of food and service and the decor were all amazing.only minus point was the ‘duo’ playing in the bar in evening. (18.30-20.00)
Tuneless! However the guitarist later on was brilliant! In all one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at! Food was first class AND there’s 3 resident cats in the grounds. "
"I hit the wrong button on my check in, this place is fantastic. Nan couldn’t be more helpful. We will be back and stay for a few days next time. Quiet peaceful, lots of cows to wake us up and incredible sea and country side views. What a gem"
"We had the upper floor room and it was the perfect setup for the two of us. The location is fabulous for exploring the causeway coast and having a quiet place to come back to at night "
"We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast was being served and the host went out of her way to ensure we still had something to eat and was kind enough to leave us orange juice and a yogurt parfait in the fridge before we left. She was exceptionally nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Dining options are within walking distance as well. "
"Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Manor House. The room was spacious with a great view of the harbour, and the beds were very comfortable. Meals were excellent, so would definitely recommend for lunch or dinner even if not staying on Rathlin overnight."
