"Just want to thank all the staff at the Casa Ridge for making our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The rooms have everything you would need and the décor is beautiful I left my passport, which I needed for a flight back from Pietermaritzburg at Casa Ridge and they went out of their way to get the passport to me so that I could catch my flight. Well done to everyone at Casa Ridge."

"Don’t do it to your family. Old decrepit unit. The only good thing is location. The agent communicated well. But when we complained about numerous issues, all we got was an apology. No refunds, no real substance, just sorry. Place was flooded from the rain though the windows that don’t close. Doors falling off. Dirty couches, the list goes on…"

"After a 6 hour journey we arrived at the Capital Zimbali but main reception staff denied knowing about the apartment. We discovered the apartment is let by a private host and the hotel are fully aware of this. The reception could not have been any more unhelpful. A security guard kindly escorted us to the Welcome Centre, where a gentleman telephoned the main hotel and patiently explained that we were trying to book into the suite. By now, it had been almost 2 hours since we arrived at the...

"The place was nice and clean, but the problem was communication. We reached out to the Agent of the place regarding a WiFi and how to connect the tv as it is an old Sinotec smart tv, we only got the password from the lady and she ignored communications on how to connect the tv. She also ignored communication of where should we get the keys to the pool from. I even sent messages on the Hotels.com website to the property and nobody responded. "

"Very dissappointed in the general state of the apartment also please note these do not have the balcony terrace as in photos only a few have we where told. The microwave oven in shocking condtion . There is no sea view There was no batteries in the remote for the aircon . Very bellow standard finishing touches ,cutlery was not clean . Only street side parking available would not recommend this appartment to anyone"
