Air conditioner did not work despite telling management several times. Asked for room service, never got it. Has to ask 3 times for an iron. Nice pool, gym, sauna area Room was small

Rooms were very clean and facility in great location

The front desk staff who greeted us were so friendly and set the tone for the stay. We traveled with our two daughters who appreciated the Dyson hair dryers provided in the rooms. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were lovely. My husband and I took advantage of both bars on site and they were very nice. The location was great...not right in the thick of all of the activity so quiet at night but an easy walk to get to Grafton St. area. Would absolutely stay again!

Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by the on-site construction that was going on in the courtyard of the building all day starting at or before 8am and going all the way until 5. It was EXTREMELY loud and you could not rest or focus on any work. There was no where to put our bags nor anywhere to put our things in the bathroom. While the room was pretty, the design was not functional. The pool area, which is actually one giant hot tub, was quite dirty. At the end of the stay I mentioned the noise and was given a small credit about 1/8th of what I paid for the stay.

We enjoyed staying here. The room had air conditioning which was a life saver during the hotter temperatures we experienced. It was pretty snug but we paid for the smaller room. Make sure you’re ok with your partner being able to see you shower from the room, haha! They gave us drink vouchers for opting into the “green” cleaning option which I liked (since places normally just guilt you into it). The lobby was a great space. It was a convenient location. We would stay here again.
