Welcome to the apartment "Zur Prinzenschule" in the former director's residence of the higher education institution in Ballenstedt, popularly called Prinzenschule.

Your apartment is located near the castle ensemble including the oldest theater in Central Germany, three minutes walk from the idyllic forest and in a quiet location of the Upper Town.

The apartment is about 63 square meters and is fully equipped. Kitchen with dishwasher and other electrical appliances, living room with TV, W-LAN etc., bathroom with shower and toilet and two bedrooms up to max. 4 people in total. A cot and a highchair are available. Please note that one bedroom is a walk-through room.

A garden corner in the countryside and a parking space are available.
The apartment is a Non smoking home, but in the garden is quite possible.

Your accommodation is the ideal starting point for hikes, walks or bike tours through the nearby Selketal or other inspiring destinations.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Anreise mit dem Auto ist zu empfehlen. Der Ort eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen im Harz. Quedlinburg ist sehr gut erreichbar. Die Rosburg liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso die Gegensteine. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, alles Notwendige haben wir vorgefunden. Als der Wasserkocher kaputt ging, hat der Vermieter umgehend reagiert und für Ersatz gesorgt. Sehr schön ist auch der Garten, wo den Gästen ein Platz zur Verfügung steht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöne Tage - tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Wohnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und in der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Für Ausflüge ins wunderschöne Selketal oder nach Quedlinburg ist die Ausgangslage perfekt und auch alle anderen Ziele-wie Wernigerode-haben wir nach kurzer Fahrt gut erreicht. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Objekt ist geräumig und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung haben wir sauber vorgefunden. Einen Manko fanden wir im Geruch des Flures. Klingt seltsam, aber im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung war ein undefinierbarer Geruch. Wir empfanden diesen als unangenehm. Da das Haus sehr akt ist, haben wir es darauf geschoben. Sauber war alles! Ballenstedt ist eine Reise wert, alte Residenzstadt, Erhalt des Gesamteindrucks

Das Objekt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, tolle Vermieter, immer für einen Ausflugstipp ansprechbar, großes Bad, Küche , Schlafzimmer, Wohnstube mit gemütlichem Sofa, auch für Familien mit Kleinkindern geeignet, gute Lage Gastronomie zu Fuß erreichbar, Sehr viel Geschirr und alle möglichen Kochgeräte vorhanden, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, wir kommen wieder zu Besuch . Excellent séjour

L'appartement est très confortable, très lumineux, très calme et joliment décoré (fleurs et musique). La chambre principale est très agréable et donne sur un très beau jardin (potager et grands arbres). C'est l'endroit idéal pour se reposer, découvrir le Harz et ses environs (Weimar, Quedlinbourg, Goslar...) et faire du vélo ou VTT (pistes très bien aménagées aussi bien en ville qu'à la campagne). Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et respectueux de leurs hôtes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem herrlichen alten Haus mit riesigem Garten und in ruhiger Traumlage. Das Haus ist noch nicht ganz fertig renoviert; uns hat es in keinster Weise gestört. Baurm gab es gar nicht. Ein sehr unklompiziertes und nettes Vermieterpaar. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!!

Pleasant apartment in excellent location

Great location almost next to Ballenstedt Castle, spacious apartment with good facilities and comfy beds. Whilst the building is clearly a work in progress the top floor applartment is nicely done up, although some areas could do with a bit of attention. But everything is fairly clean and the location is perfect to go and explore the village and beyond into the Harz mountains.

Toller Aufenthalt in Ballenstedt

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, in der alles vorhanden ist um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Die Gastgeber sind ein absolut nettes Ehepaar, die auch immer ein offenes Ohr für eventuell auftretende Fragen haben. Im großen Garten gibt es einen eigenen Bereich für die Feriengäste, in dem man beispielsweise Kaffee und Kuchen genießen kann. Für das Auto gibt es einen eigenen Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück. Alles in allem eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung, die auch für eine Familie mit Kindern geeignet ist.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und geräumig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt wird. Dank eines Parkplatzes direkt am Haus, sind die Einkäufe nicht weit zu tragen. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir empfehlen dir Ferienwohnung gerne weiter!
